Does my step dad take punishment too far?

Your stepfather is abusing you, and don't you dare think its your fault. He obviously takes punishment much too far, you have to tell someone. Whether it be your teacher, a sane family member, or a good friend. Obviously, your mother is not doing anything about it. Wish I could help, and I'm really sorry to hear this.
