My boyfriend is shy?

ok so my boyfriend and i have been dating fro only about two weeks. we still havent held hands hugged etc. which makes me wounder if he doesnt want to. for example hwen we say bye...we kinda just wave bye. even when its just us. despite this the first day we started going out he had already told both his parents and we met parents only one week after going out. do you think he might just be shy? i mean we are only 15...please help im rweally confused and not good at this kinda thing! thanks :)
