IM 15 YEARS OLD 5"9" 220 LBS AND I EXCERSIZE DAILY I EAT RIGHT, AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?

I EXERCISE 30 MINS OR MORE EVERY DAY IN THE MORNING I EAT ZUCCHINI AND SALMON AND LEAN CUTS OF CHICKEN BREAST I ALSO DRINK WHEY PROTEIN SOMETIMES AFTER A WORKOUT BUT ONLY ONE SCOOP. IM A BIG GUY AND WHAT I MEAN IS IN MUSCLE BUT I WANNA LOSE ALL THE FAT SO I COULD SHOW IT OFF. I ALSO RECENTLY JUST GOT OUT OF BACK SURGERY ( I WAS SQUATTING 300 POUNDS BASICALLY MY MAX AND I BROKE MY BACK BUT THANKFULLY ITS FINE NOW) AND IVE GAINED A WHOPPING 30 POUNDS FROM SURGERY FROM NOT MOVING FOR THREES MONTHS I DIDNT EVEN EAT THAT MUCH NOW COULD THIS WEIGHT BE FROM NOT LIFTING WEIGHTS FOR SO LONG IVE LOST MUSCLE? I NEED HELP I WANNA BE NORMAL AGAIN I ALSO DONT DO STEROIDS IF THAT HELPS AND IVE BEEN THROUGH ALOT I MOVED 2 IN THE LAST YEAR MY MOM AND DAD GOT A DIVORCE AND MY MOM LEFT DURING MY FIRST SURGERY AND IT EFT ME HEART BROKEN MY GRANDMA DIED AS WELL AND WE MOVED A THIRD TIME WE R LIVING IN MY GRANDPAS HOUSE NOW (CAUSE HES LONELY) I HAVE ALL THE SUMMER TO LOSE WEIGHT SO IM NOT IN A HURRY THANKS
