SERIOUS HELP WITH A SCARY MOVIE TITLE!! PLEASE?

So I'm trying to think of the name of this movie. It's an older movie about a famous sister who gets hurt, and has to start living with her jealous younger sister. She starts starving the crippled sister, and when the crippled sister asks fro foo the evil sister cooks her pet bird and feeds it to her. Near the end of the movie, the crippled sister tries to escape in her wheelchair, but the evil sister catches her and pushes her dpwn the stairs!!
